Which shipping options do you offer?

 We offer fast and discreet shipping with multiple options to fit your needs: United States Standard Delivery: FREE on orders over $50 ($4.99 for orders under $50). Arrives in 2-5 business days via USPS. Expedited Delivery: $25.00 – Arrives in 1-2 business days via FedEx or UPS. Orders placed before 3 PM (ET), Monday-Thursday, ship the same day. (Some brands, like Liberator and KIIROO, are not eligible for Expedited Shipping.) Canada & International  Flat-Rate International Shipping: $25.00, no matter how large your order! Australia & New Zealand Flat-Rate International Shipping: $75.00, no matter how large your order.

Do you ship discreetly?

We know that buying sex toys is a personal thing - and we do everything in our power to ensure that it stays as discreet as possible. (If you wanna tell your friends what you bought, that's on you, but we're not going to do it for you!) We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes - usually plain brown boxes or sturdy white, opaque shipping envelopes. We do not put our name anywhere on the package, and "KS Trading" will be the name on your credit card billing statement. Very-large items (like sex machines, BDSM sex furniture, or Liberator sex furniture) that ship directly from manufacturers may be packaged in different packaging - which may not be as discreet as Kinkly Shop's. We make note of those cases on our Specifications page for any products where it applies. If you're particularly concerned, please let us know via email, and we'll do our very-best to dig up images to show you exactly how the box will look.

 

How can I change my shipping address?

We know mistakes happen! If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, reach out to us ASAP with your corrected address and order number. Since we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, your order may be packed almost immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. However, if it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to make changes, and you may need to contact the carrier to request a package redirect at your expense.

 

Where is my package?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number—be sure to check your junk folder if you don’t see it! You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Kinkly account. Please note that some orders may be split into multiple shipments, meaning you could receive more than one package. If you still can’t find your tracking information, reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to help

 What currency will I be billed in?

Your order will be billed in your local currency based on your current location, usually in USD, CAD, or EUR. Prices are displayed in the correct currency as you browse our site, making it easy to shop with confidence. You can update your location and preferred currency anytime by changing the country in the "Ship to" section at the bottom of our website.

Which payment options do you offer?

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Split your payment into smaller, interest-free installments.. I forgot to apply a discount code. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to apply discounts retroactively or issue refunds for missed voucher codes. But don’t worry—you can still use your code on your next order! Just make sure to enter it at checkout before completing your purchase. 

Returns & Refunds

 

 What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been accepted from the mail carrier. This policy is in place for health and sanitary reasons—we would never resell an item that has been in another customer’s hands, ensuring safety, security, and peace of mind for everyone. If your item is defective or not functioning properly within 30 days of receipt, we’re happy to help! We can provide a replacement or walk you through troubleshooting steps. What if my toy doesn't work when I get it?

That's what our return policy is for! We wish that every toy leaving our warehouse was the perfectly functioning pinnacle of pleasure, but we understand how important it is for your new sex toy to remain untouched by as many hands as possible. This means we don't inspect every toy out of its box before shipping. As a result, there may sometimes be defects, or the busy postal service might accidentally damage your toy during transit. 

Don't worry; we offer a 30-day return policy for all defective items! To initiate a return, simply email us with your order number and include a photo or video of the malfunctioning toy. We may help you troubleshoot the issue first (those pesky Travel Lock functions have tripped up our staff too!). However, if the toy remains problematic, we will provide you with a replacement. 

After the 30 days, many of our toy manufacturers offer their own warranties against factory defects in workmanship or parts. Where applicable, we list these warranties in the product specifications for easy access. Common warranty lengths range from 90 days to 2 years, with Satisfier items boasting an impressive 15-year warranty! If you have any questions about your toy's warranty, feel free to reach out, and we’ll direct you to the right information.

What should I do if my item arrives broken? We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives broken or defective, we’ve got you covered with our 30-day replacement policy. Here’s what to do: Take clear photos or a video of the damaged item. ail our support team at naughtydelights@support.com or use our contact form.  We’ll review your request and either replace your item or help troubleshoot the issue. 

 Please note: We do not accept returns for health and safety reasons, but we’re happy to replace any defective products within 30 days of receipt.

When do I get my refund?

 If you did not accept the package at delivery, your refund will be processed as soon as the order is returned to our warehouse. This process can take up to four weeks, depending on how quickly the package is sent back. We know waiting isn’t fun, so we strive to process refunds as quickly as possible once we receive the return. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team!

How can I cancel my order?

 We get it—sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel your order, reach out to us  with your order number. Since we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, your order may be packed almost immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to cancel it. However, if it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to stop it. In that case, you can refuse the package upon delivery—once it’s returned to our warehouse, we’ll refund the items (minus any shipping costs).

General Questions

 

I can't reset my password?

 No worries—your naughty delights account doesn’t use traditional passwords! Our store runs on Shopify, which means your account works with one-time login codes instead of a set password. When logging in, simply enter your email, and we’ll send you a secure one-time code to access your account. No need to remember a password! If you’re having trouble receiving the login code, check your junk/spam folder, or reach out to our support team for assistance.

How big is a specific toy?

We've heard more-than-a-few stories of buying the most-amazing butt plug - only to find that it's so much larger/smaller in-person than you had imagined it by viewing product pictures! (Our staff members have the hilarious stories to match!) For that reason, we list the measurements of most products we sell on Naughty Delights Shop right in the Specifications. When possible, we include product photos of the product being held or videos that show it being handled to give you a good idea of the size. We recommend pulling out a ruler to ensure that your new, potential toy is the right size for you. (In fact, if you can measure any of your previous toys, this can give you a great "starting point" for figuring out how your new, potential toy compares to what you've used before. If you don't have toys, measuring the fingers you're currently using can be a great starting point.) If you're still having problems visualizing how large a toy is, you can always reach out to Live Chat support - or Send Us an Email. We're especially great at helping you decide between similar toys. We're here to help! We're unable to provide refunds or exchanges if an item is too big or too small, so please make sure to utilize our support (and your helpful ruler!) before ordering.

Are your toys genuine?

 We get it: we've seen what's available at some big box stores, and we understand your nervousness. Needless to say, we only sell genuine, straight-from-the-manufacturer products here at Naughty Delights Shop. If you ever have a question about it, please feel comfortable reaching out. What material are the toys made of?

Our toys are made from a variety of materials, each with unique properties. Here’s a breakdown of the most common ones:

 PLS (Polysulfide Rubber): A flexible, chemical-resistant rubber, though rarely used in sex toys due to its industrial nature.

TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber): Soft and flexible, often found in budget-friendly toys, but it’s porous and requires careful cleaning.

TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer): Body-safe and ultra-soft, mimicking real skin, though porous and less durable than silicone.

 ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene): A rigid, non-porous plastic used for casings, handles, and firm vibrators.
